My role as H&R Locality Board’s Relational Approach Co-ordinator is to support schools in adopting and embedding whole school relational approaches.
My goal is to help schools embed good practices, enhance understanding of SEMH (Social, Emtional and Mental Health) needs and work together to reduce suspensions, exclusions and persistent absences.
I can offer bespoke support to schools and have also developed a Relational Approach Network meeting, enabling schools to support one another in choosing and developing their whole school relational approach.
If you’ve already participated in the training funded by the Locality Board, please reach out, especially if you have specific issues, you would like assistance with such as training for staff, addressing rising SEND or SEMH needs.
