What is the H&R Autism Project’s Primary Referral form?
Born from a recognised need in our locality, H&R Locality Board commissioned The Dales School to implement an Autism Project until July 2024. Part of the Autism Project is to offer Primary Schools the option to self-refer for general support with autism. The only criteria being you must be based within the Hambleton & Richmondshire locality.
